I'm not sure how familiar everyone else is with the anime featured here - 'I'm Gonna be an Angel'. Those that are are painfully aware that Noel the Angel, has a voice that can bend steel. (Somehow they do a good job in both the sub AND dub versions of making her voice as annoying as possible.)

This is my most intense attempt at lip synching yet and I hope I did a reasonably good job. I'm not entirely pleased with the picture clarity. I tried a number of different codecs and changed frame rates but this was one using DivX was one of the better versions. (Decent quality combined with the smallest filesize I could manage.)
