• Comments: Well this video has gone a long way and done a lot for me. But If I thought back now I would have definately done it differently. Do you remember back in the day when you started making AMV's and were really ambitious and wanted to have the greatest video of all time and wanted to use a specific event in your video you thought was awesome but had no idea how overplayed it was? that was this video. With almost no experience in developing concepts I busted my ass (alone, no jack to help me) and put out this video thinking about how amazing it was. Now that I've made two more videos, which each one taking a giant step toward proffesionalism, I realist this video is going to end up with some other videos of mine in the back.
  
  This is how I feel about the video right now, but the video itself is pretty damn awesome. The cool thing about this video is the rare song, which is it's biggest hook. Secondly, it's long, but feels short. I love long stuff that feels short. Third: I personally think up until the end words that this is the best summarized version of the spike vs vicious duel out there. It may not be perfect but it is really intense and built up really well.
  
  Now what makes my new videos superior is the whole concept of handling and exporting the video footage. If I had the DVD quality shit I have now and knew what I did about transitions and exporting, not to mention whats corny and whats not corny, this video would be the best in my set. The transitions skip. It stinks, cause it spoils the flow. There's too much additive disolve in the video(outside of the opening) and all of the transitions are the same length. That bothers me. And there's subtitle flashes outside the ones I purposely had in the beginning. That stinks too
  
  But this video does what it does extremely well for what it is. It has good moments, timing is on, and it's not fansub! I still watch this video all the time. I love it, but it's still a first.
