This was a spur of the moment video. I had this song on my list of AMV possibilities, but couldn't come up with an anime to match it. I originally thought of using Kare Kano, but something about it didn't seem to have enough energy. After watching the first dvd of Super Gals, I was hooked, and when trying to pick out an AMV I could do in time for an OA event, I was listening to the song and the anime just popped in my head.
Using only the first dvd, there was a good deal of footage, but not really everything I would've wanted. However, the song is quick and fast paced, so although I did use a couple clips more than once, after reviewing it again and again, I couldn't come up with anything better. Since it's not really a serious or dramatic video, I'm not really worried about it.
I did some lazy lip syncing, as in finding and using clips that I didn't need to edit to get close enough to the lyrics. lol, I would never do that for anything serious, again, but with this song, it just seemed to work. if you want to get technical and really look at the lip flaps, you can complain about it, but I wanted this video to just be something fun to watch, and I think that's how it turned out.
