- DDR End of The Century
Your probably all going "OH NO NOT ANOTHER ATTEMPT AT A DDR COMBINATION AMV FROM THIS GUY! GIVE IT UP NOOB IT AIN'T GONNA HAPPEN!!!" Actually it did happen...after a good 2 weeks of practice and another week of planing I was able to get a hold of getting a somewhat perfect DDR AMV "WITHOUT" using Konami's already placed video.
Basically what I did, oh I should thank Sankyuu for giving me a good advice on this, was made the background of the DDR video black followed by transparenting the video behind in overlayed. Although the set up in the game couldn't be brought down to 0% Brightness so I had to work with 25% but I was able to bring it into a pitch black mode after a couple of hours of editing.
Aside from that there's pretty much 3 flaws to this video when watching, the audio was horrible _-_ man I need a better capture card, it isn't perfectly CD Quality but hey it's better than nothing. The original End of Century Background in the game when you first start the song is somewhat visible during the video but it shouldn't really bother you when your watching. And the last flaw was the video size for the AMV itself...I was trying to make it perfectly fit into the DDR sized video but the program I used wasn't letting me have it ¬_¬
Anyhow after watching this video...I was amazed at how well it went oO better than my expectations even. What I was going for this time was realism...ok so the size killed it but the way it starts makes you feel like your about to play DDR itself....reason why I show the Max 2 opening and select menus and such but your going to say "Why add all this?" well like I said I was shooting for a realistic DDR like video that's maybe 20 times different from all the other videos you have seen. But your probably thinking "This guy's lying, his last 2 videos sucked!!!" well truth be told you'll be amazed what has changed between this video and the last 2. Sure it's not perfect but hey it's a good attempt and was made really well.
Well enough nagging from me lol Just go ahead and start downloading this video and you'll be impressed how much has changed from this video compared to the last 2.
