- Title: DDR3 Project Track 36
- Premiered: 2003-09-27
- DDR 4th Mix Night in Motion
- Anime Weekend Atlanta 9, Anime Weekend Atlanta 9 (2003-09-26)
Composition: Video Clips, Music, DDR sprites, and my college homework
Video content notes:
1 - I was asked to do a track that was dropped on the project a couple months
before the deadline. I opted for this one of the two available. I bought the
Lain box set the next day for this video. :P
2 - I was actually on a much more strict schedule with this video than others.
I had to finish the NES Project intro/outro and my masters video. I limited
myself to 2 weeks of editing. I was actually done within 1 week or so.
3 - The college homework is the code scrolling in the background. The code
is a Java implementation of the huffman compression algorithm. This code is about
3 years old... I just thought it would fit the mood. :P
4 - This project was a ton of fun to work on... short and simple. Even though
it wasn't exactly simple.
5 - It's flash-tastic... :P
1 - Scrolling text in premiere is limited... this means you can't just paste
in a ton at a time... this was the most obnoxious part of the project... I had
to make 80 line segments of code so the scroll speed would match. This meant
I had to occasionally include blank lines etc. Did I mention this was a fun
2 - DDR arrows and text were pretty easy... just imported the layers...
... if I think of anything else I will add it ...
Enjoy the Video! =)
