  This was my amv for the Tekkoshocon 2011 AMV Contest. It was a finalist in the drama category. Being a big Higurashi fan and after hearing this song, I couldn't help but notice the irony this song would have with Higurashi, so I just had to make an amv on it. Though at first I was just going to use random scenes without a story. I really thought it would be better to have a story so I whipped one up. The main concept is basically poking fun at what Higurashi is about. This song really fits Higurashi well in an awkward way. The story is basically about Keichi meeting new people and becoming friends with them. He thinks everything is perfect. That is until one of his friends starts to go psycho. After she tries to murder him with a fake apology gift, he goes berserk and kills her. Next he finds another friend dead, and realizes it was another friend that murdered them. He seeks her out only to find her murdering another friend. He then goes mad and murders her. Plagued with guilt Keichi runs away from home on his bike only to fall off a cliff and die ^_^. Overall I mainly wanted to show the irony of one of the main themes of Higurashi. Which was basically the whole happy friendly times contradicting with the psycho murder times.
