Connichi 2010 Exclusive Contest 1st place
I AM THE WINNER!!!!
It was amazing to see this video on the huge screen!! I think the only reason I participate in this contest is because I wanna see my videos on a screen that is as huge as those in the cinema.
About the video:
Jade edits a Dance Video: 2nd try
This time I chose a song that is not as upbeat as the first one I made a dance vid with. I wanted to edit this song because I fell in love with it after hearing it the first time but it took a while until I had ideas how to edit it.
The first thing I began with was the refrain. It was clear to me that I wanted to make them lipsync parts and so I chose the K-ON! ending because I thought that Mio gives it the expression that suits it best.
For the two verses I was not sure which anime to choose. I think I just chose Kannagi because I like it that much and Kanon because it had this dance scenes that I absolutely wanted to use. It was easy to work with Kannagi but kinda difficult with Kanon because Mai (the chara with the sword) didn't really show any emotion in any scene.
The B/W parts I chose because I wanted to show the difference between the mood of the song in the verses and in the refrain.
The remaining I just filled with anime scenes that came to mind. No big idea behind these ;P
All in all I played a lot with masking, color filters and other effects this time. It was a lot of work but it was necessary to show the idea I got of the song.
I hope you have fun watching it!!
Special Thanks to
Mio for being a great Little Boots
