Well, it's not perfect and I had to re-render nearly 10 times, each taking an hour. The first few renders were just to re-correct mistakes I caught after reviewing the video and then the others were to get it to the right quality and file size. And, I have to say, the quality sucks, and H.264 wasn't liking me since it kept being off sync by like 0.1 seconds every time when I converted it! Anyways, the editing in this AMV is pretty plain, I was mainly just aiming for flow and appropriate mood and transitions. Once again, nothing innovative. 'Cept I was able to find out a few things regarding zoom transitions that I'll be using from now on. That's about it for editing. Purpose-wise, I made this so as to create a soulful tribute that would surpass the impact I felt when editing Saito, When You're Gone and the reception it got. I'm not entirely sure I surpassed it in raw emotion, but with flow, this one is a lot smoother (albeit a little too fast at times)- I also created this to make a tribute to two of my favorite anime movies and my favorite tragic couples.
