This Azumanga Daioh AMV just started out with as a little joke I started with Chiyo Chan and Osaka's Imaginary Murder. I just saw NHMK's Floating Through The Veins AMV when I made this. The idea of this AMV has been in my head for quite some time. Cyberpunk, electric, industrial violent and bloody children's AMV. But here I wanted to make an AMV without just as much effects, but rather use my effects in new ways.

The structure of this AMV is quite simple.
It starts of slow with an intro I animated myself and then added some filter to and also cropped away parts of it. Hehe, I'm quite proud of the beginning^^
Anyways, as I said earlier. It begins with Osaka's imaginary Chiyo-frag and then we go on with a low pace, with some more imaginary horror. [Got some inspiration from the Azumanga Daioh intro 'sora mimi cake' meaning 'imaginary cake'] And I felt obligated to show have an opening clip with my fav character in the anime, Kagura-san. I also ended the AMV with her^^ not counting the credits that is.

And then we see Tomo pointing into the sky, showing us Sakaki-san with her impossibly natural body in a small bikini, then she points out a girl killing a woman and her child. And as from that point, it slowly starts to get real. As a little pre-gore. Showing us what we can expect. Then things start. first off we see Sakaki-san and what appears to be her doing violent stuff to the others. Then we see the scanlines, signalizing that it is now it begins, as Yukari-sensei screams, synched with the male singer. And then we see it all starts with some heavy snowball fighting. As I said, I wanted it to begin in a slow and more innocent way. We then see how Tomo-Chan gets kind of out of control and the music slows down as Tomo hits a teacher. And I gotta say. When Yukari mercilessly punishes Tomo-Chan, that might be one of my fav sequences in this AMV. But I will not write a too long description. Basically, everything is innocent, a glint of evil here and there, and then the music pace gets a bit higher and builds up towards something and that's where reality and imagination crashes together as Osaka, after what we can see, kills Yukari, the day becomes night and things get more serious. Even the cats start flipping out and goes on a raging spree. And ah, that intermission was just the best. Yukari and Tomo in slow motion. and it is after this that everything gets real, introducing Kimura, the person who symbolizes the cold and dark reality. From the snowball fighting to a creepy stalking person who appears and starts scaring everybody. And now it got a bit cyber, glowing edges, blue rays'n lights. crabs. things just went out of control and a lot happens. And notice how it is Kagura who ends the video.

Then there's just the credits. I liked making the credits. Took a while to find and edit it all. But it was worth it in my opinion.

also. Notice the pixel flaw in the sequence with 'questions' 'answers' and those flashy shiny edges. I couldn't fix that somehow. My converter, which war4n0th1n9 sent me and without that converter I'd never have quality even near to this good, didn't manage to convert without losing quality there
a special thanks to Shinnie04, he's done too much for me already^^
also, in the vid there was not much space so I didn't get to thank the rest
first off is war4n0th1n9, he's been sending me so much of handy stuff and helping me a lot with videos and such lately. without him my videos wouldn't be quite the same.
Also thanks to annyaonweb, she's been helping me out too. giving me feedback and so on^^
