Like many of The Spill Canvas songs, it tells a story. A girl is going to kill herself, and when she gets to the cliff she's going to jump off, a man is already there.
The video opens with Ashe walking out on the balcony. The rest of the video is basically a flash back to a conversation she and Balthier had, when she was contemplating suicide. The black and white represents their conversation, and the transition from black and white to color is still memories but things out side of the discussion.
In the end there is a note from Balthier to Ashe...just like in the end of FFXII...but it says something different this time.
