  • Comments: The concept behind this vid is simple. I think of Kagome as having saved Inu Yasha (Mentally and physically). Hence the reason for using a song called Save Me. All the parts that talk about sadness and loss are directed at Kikyo and all the 'save me' parts refer to Kagome. I've posted the lyrics to this song cause some parts aren't easy to understand. The singer tends to mumble a little.

I would give the sound quality around a 7.

Be sure to watch carefully at 01:41- I added light pulses that match the beat.

Be warned, if you haven't seen up to episode 27, there are some very minor spoilers. There's also a certain romantic clip from the second movie (If you've seen the trailers or read about the movie you know what I'm talking about). That's also a spoiler of sorts. And I say, "of sorts", because the 2nd movie has absolutely no baring on the plot of the series. It watches like a fanfic.

Below are the lyrics for the song. I've also listed, next to the appropriate line, parts I felt needed explaining.

I feel my wings have broken in your hands
I feel the words unspoken inside
    when they pull you under
And I would give you anything you want
    You were all I wanted
And all my dreams are fallin' down
    Crawlin around and round

    Somebody save me
Let your warm hands break right through and
    Somebody save me
I don't care how you do it
    Just stay, stay
    Come on
    I've been waiting for you

I see the world has folded in your heart
I feel the waves crash down inside
    and they pull me under
I would give you anything you want, but know
    You were all I wanted
All my dreams have fallin down
Crawlin around and round- For those of you who don't know, a demon was absorbing Inu Yasha into her body here. She trapped his soul in the water so he couldn't resist. Kagome, splashing the water, wakes up Inu Yasha's soul and therefore saves him.

    Somebody save me
Let your warm hands break right through and
    Somebody save me
I don't care how you do it
    Just stay, stay
    Come on
    I've been waiting for you

Long music section. I chose to use all clips of Inu Yasha and Kagome here because the main theme of the song is about the girl who is saving the guy.

All my dreams are on the ground - The Shikon no Tama (Shikon jewel for you poor people who watch it in the english. And if you do watch the dub, please try watching the subtitled version. The english dub of Inu Yasha SUCKS!) and Kikyo both used to be Inu Yasha's dreams. And each of them falls to the ground in this sequence.

    Crawlin' around and round

    Somebody save me
Let your warm hands break right through and
    Somebody save me
I dont' care how you do it
    Just stay with me
I've made this whole world shine for you
    Just stay, stay
    Come on
    I've been waiting for you

There ya go. I hope you like it. I know the file size is a bit large, but MPEG1 is the only format I can save in at the moment. Please review this vid if you like it (Constuctive critisism is also welcome).

    Enjoy ^_^
