The basic concept is that Goku confronts Babadi and Buu while Trunks goes to Capsule Corp. to get the Dragon Radar and for some reason Babadi and Buu start singing Banana Phone. Babadi then uses his hypnotic powers (I don't think Babadi has the power to hypnotize people into doing anything he wants besides people with evil in their hearts but you just have to roll with it) to make the characters sing along with him. Goku is the only one who is not hypnotized to sing along and starts getting really annoyed by the singing. Goku Finaly turns Super Saiyan 3 and starts mocking their singing. Babadi and Buu are shocked by Goku's power and Buu starts getting beaten up by Goku.
