Then it became obvious that the gear I needed to make such a video was staying inoperable, and the inevitable progression of clearing the to-do-list took over.

This video isn't a revolution, but it's decent, despite an extreme lack of source and the fact that it's a serious, depressive, well-nigh morbid song set to an ultimately feel-good romantic comedy anime. The song could have been edited more cleanly, and I wish I didn't have to reuse so many clips (all right, so aside from the loops only "effect" clips are reused), but it's still a video that I'd show in public, and enter for competition. The effects are minimal, and most of the lip-synch is not more than minimally coordinated; not intentional, but just happening to happen. A little jawflappage, but minimized on purpose.

This is not the full version of "Dreaming Neon Black", but rather the "Radio Japan Airplay Edit", which basically translates to me cutting a whole minute out of the song, between solos, a repeated chorus, and a bunch of the ending fadeout.

Shin Hats Self Grade: B. I wish that I didn't have to edit the song, but I had a shortage of source (only about 9.5 minutes), and covering five and a half minutes was difficult enough. More clips were used here than on any other SH video to date.
