• Comments: Warning (Asuka Remix) originally premiered in August, 2002, exclusively on AMV.org. When it premiered, the only final copy in existence was the FILM MPEG, 24 frames/sec and all. While this was decent enough for downloading and viewing, there were still quality issues, and there was no way in hell that I could expect to submit this to any AMV contest.
  
  During December 2002, I decided that along with other planned AMVs, I wanted a good copy of Warning around in case I wanted to submit it. The aquirement of a DVD-/+RW made this more crucial, as my videos could now be easily distributed.
  
  Thus, a do-over was in order. From about 8:00PM on December 26th to 3:30AM on December 27th, I re-ripped my source, and instead of converting to MPEG, used AVISynth to edit the VOBs directly in Adobe Premiere 6.5. The resulting version of the Warning AMV is of vastly higher quality, and includes several improvements, including more scene variety and better syncs.
  
  So, what's Warning about? I'm an Asuka fanboy. This song fits her perfectly, and I decided that the beautiful but troubled pilot of Eva Unit 02 deserved a proper tribute. Nothing else, just a character profile.

  As a closing chapter on the first release by Third Lens Open Productions, Warning is now available in SVCD on the Dangling Carrot. Enjoy.
