Well, I wasn't expecting much from this series at the start but since it was tagged as Shonen I was like, WHY NOT? And holy, it was MUCH better than anticipated. It felt like a mix between KHR + DN Angel because the MC was a successor to a big "family" even though he's reluctant to accept the position (Tsuna from KHR) and he changes "forms" at night to a complete different persona (like Daisuke from DN Angel).
And while I won't say it was "OMGWTFAWESOME" it was pretty decent and entertaining. Plus I heard the second season - Sennen Makyou is like 10x better than the first season. DOESN'T THAT SOUND EXCITING?!?!

Okay I just finished watching this series but is it just me being stupid or does nothing actually get resolved with that ending?
It's like they're saying: "Everything will be explained in S3. Oh wait, there is NO S3, LOLOLOLOLOL. TOO BAD!"
That being said, I did enjoy watching it a lot. Especially the second half of season 2. CONSPIRACIES, CONSPIRACIES EVERYWHERE! MY FAVOURITE! <3 So now my curiosity is killing me cause I want to know what happens next. T__T And there's only 1 chapter of the novel translated. LIKE WHAAAAAAAAAT. D:
It's times like these that I really wish I knew how to read japanese.
