Into the second season - these are ones I remember the most, watching when they originally aired. The quality jump between it and the first season is amazing, but I guess that's what happens when your show gets a budget..
I don't remember watching much past the second season, I suppose, but the episodes I'm watching now are the one's I remember the most.
I remember that I didn't really get what was going on when I was watching as a kid, though, and I also remember that it had changed stations to a channel that I don't think we had (on cable?) so I ended up losing touch with the show, and since it's all built on a continuous story instead of being episodic like Trek is, I was completely lost when I saw it again a couple years later.
Anyways it's pretty good times :3 and I'm really enjoying watching it. -

Found the dvds at Walmart for pretty cheap and now watching them - I dont remember it being this low quality (just in general - I remember the cgi not being so great though).

I'd tell the story as to why I've decided to torture myself with the second one, but due to the fact part of it's due to a major event that people are still touchy-feely about, I'll spare a good chunk of the details.
Needless to say I was locked in a store for several hours the other day, and having nothing better to do than to read random crap that caught my attention and talk to the people who were brave/nice enough to put up with my asshattery - I ended up bending up the paperback while attempting to read parts of it, felt guilty and bought it.
Since I have it, the least I can do is read it (or use it for kindling) so I can make fun of it (or at least complain about it in what I hope is somewhat a comedic way).

Truthful comments: New Moon so far is a bit better than Twilight, however that's not saying much. I still find all the drama rather meh and really wish that Bella would get over herself. However since the book is from her point of view I don't see her self-centered-ness coming to an end any time soon. O.o
I highly doubt I'll buy the next in the series - unless they come out in the cheapie $7 paperbacks as well.
All that said: I understand that people like this for some reason and all I can say is "to each his own" it's not really my thing O.o (and yet I keep reading?!?! wtf?)
