computer help i'm a noob kinda

mmm i need help i got my pc new lat month i tink or 4 weeks ago

m and when i got everything thing was fine but when i got internet plug in and started serching in google it was fine but after bout 2 weeks everything went slow.
my pc has 160gb hard drive is this the memory of my computer

have you done your weekly disc clean up / spyware removal / virus scan / defrag?

i've done spyware removel think and virus scan done defrag 2 weeks ago done disc clean up i'll try spyware scan thnx man you're like the best in a-m-v.org thnx

most likely its clogged with a bunch of OEM trial garbage when you bought
"click here 30-day AOL trial"
"nero trial"

ect...

you should just uninstall all the junk software that the comp came with because its probably running in the background and you dont know it ...
