A LITTLE TOO NORMAL?!

Word. Same here, man.

Haven't been sick in over a year. I drink more than I should, but I also eat a good amount of healthy foods and get a decent amount of exercise.

Yeah, I'm really glad I can stay generally healthy. Health problems get in the way of EVERYTHING. When I'm sick I can't/won't/don't function.

Oh, something kinda neat: I've been running for an hour every morning since I was about 13, so my heart rate is really slow. My doctor thought I was dying because my pulse is like molasses (until I explained how much I run). Maybe someday I'll stop being lazy and do a marathon. My parents did a marathon last year and bested me

Also I'm part of a local Irish dance group. Way fun. You all should try it!

I've been meaning to start jogging every morning, but my work schedule makes it difficult. I already have a fairly low heart rate, averaging 64-65 bpm. I have done a lot of exercising in my life, just no regular jogging/running.

Since we are on the topic of heart rate... I average around 90-110 BPM...
Is that good or bad since I don't know this stuff?

As for BP, I used to be at around 152/110 but recently I've been a solid 120/80.

I wish

There's some truth to that actually. For example, I can't grow enough facial hair - I'm a fan of facial hair, but no such luck. I do shave regularly, but mostly to get rid of the annoying excuse for a moustache that I seem to get. And the rather sparse scruffy bit on my chin took me a year to grow :|

As far as excercising, I'm meaning to start doing it this summer. I used to, but in the last two years my physical activeness took a nose dive.

Adult "healthy" range is 60-100. The median (median, not average) is around 72. Athletes (mostly endurance) range from high 40s to low 60s.

tore my right ACL back in like '96 and it's never been right since. I use a cane from time to time. And for some reason, my knee arthritis that was suppose to stop when I stopped growing never did. I can't remember how it is spelled, but I think it was "Oshgoodslaughters." I had braces and all that crap for it too, boy am I glad I didn't wear them the day I tore my ACL or I would have probably broken a bone or two in my leg. Nothing like having your leg bend in ways it wasn't meant to, to really make your first game of the soccer season really suck ^^()

My uncle had that, but he's ok now.

I'm on VA disability for my knee. (I dislocated it while I was in the military, but I did it on the weekend, and it had popped back in when I tried to move my leg. So I waited til Monday to see the doctor, so between it already being back in, waiting a couple days and having a high pain tolerance, they just shrugged me off and told me not to run for a week. That went on for about 2 years before they got tired of looking at me and discharged me. So now I'm on VA disablity. And my knee still slides around sometimes. Like at pilates on Monday.:()

oh wow an actual physical disability, mine in not nearly as grand. I have a writing disability know as dysgraphia. It is esentially dyslexia but it only interferes with the processing involved with motor output, such as hand writing.
