Having Issues Rendering

Whenever I render my video I get a screen looking like this. I posted the information on the clip with the hopes that it would maybe help someone come up with a cause and possible solution quicker. This is my first time using an .avs file, after reading and following carefully the instructions on the guide to all things audio and video. So far I've tried two seperate rendering codecs, both uncompressed and the *wonderful* Cinepak codec, however I'm still having the same issue with both codecs. By the way the effect I am trying to render is Radial blur, set on "good". I have it keyframed to go 1,31,1,31 and so on and so forth every three frames. Also the version I'm using is Premiere 7. Any input on this matter would be MOST appreciated. I do apologize for posting if this is something that has an incredibly simple solution, I haven't been doing this for very long yet.

No it isn't, because "Premiere 7" <i>does not exist.</i> :?

Anyway, Image If your script is outputting YUV video, it may help to add a <b>ConvertToRGB32()</b> line at the end of it.

Ah thanks. And I meant to type "Premiere Pro", lol I'm not entirely sure why I put the number 7  . In the future if I have problems I'll post my script sorry about that. I had ConvertToRGB24 in my script instead of 32. Thank you again for the help!
