Anime cameo

Basically, I can only think of a few cameo roles for anime characters, for example FF characters in kingdom hearts, anyone know of any 'real' cameos that are not widely known, also provide the screen caps is the point!

As mentioned in the first page of the Death Note thread, 4 Death Note characters make a cameo in Full Metal Panic: TSR episode 6.

Of course that begs the question. What if Kyoto Animation animated Death Note? I can imagine it'll be far more creepy, they'll make Misa more useful, and they probably make the dull arcs more exciting.

I've also heard there are cameos of Tenchi Muyo and El Hazard of each other in each other. Like the teacher from El Hazard is like Tenchi's college teacher or something, and you see Tenchi Muyo billboards or something in El Hazard.

However, I have never seen either of the series so I wouldn't know.

I don't recall which anime it was in but one of Ghibli's movies has a ton of cameos from other ghibli movies. I think it was Pom Poko and they showed Kiki, Totoro, Porco Rosso, etc. Don't have a screenshot of it though.

In Air, 3 of the girls from Kanon (Ayu, Nayuki, and Makoto) make an appearance as Misuzu's classmates in episode 2.

i've spotted 2 cops in a car from megazone23 that look like lupin and jigen.
the lupin shows up a couple of more times after being killed.
i think it's part 2
