I got problem with sound sync when I upload the file

I got problem with regards to the video audio when I import it. The audio is out of sync about 2 secs when I play it to the source monitor and sometimes the video becomes twice as fast then back to normal speed thing. heres the pic. How do I remove the sound properly because I have a hunch that the out of sync comes from the audio itself.

Run the video file through VirtualDub(/Mod). Disable the audio stream and set the video processing mode to Direct stream copy. Save as a new AVI file. The resulting file should have the video untouched with no audio.

Of course, I would be remiss not to post this:

I downloaded virtualdub but what happens when I execute is that it just reads then stops (do nothing) but when I look up the program list pressing crtl+atl+delete it is there already in the memory.

try another version of virtualdub mod.

if theres still no luck (i hate suggesting this), export the entire episode from your premiere timeline. set the codec to huffyuv or lagarith.

and serriously, make that your last resort. try a couple of different versoin before you do it from premiere.

Formatting your HDD and trying one last time would be a step before this.
