rendering can be done at any time, i usually make several "test renders" and betas before i make a final video....

it can be a test run and you can render it whenever you want however many times you want...

now uploading to the org shouldnt be done untill the video isnt finished :)

it's not like you must upload the moment you render it. everything goes like this :

1. You start your video.
2. After editing you check results on your editing software.
3. If you see the problem on your editing software (like frame freeze,or audio is bugging),you render your unfinished video and check it on player if it's alright.
4. If it's alright, then you just continue editing. If there is a problem,go and fix it (if you don't know how you can always ask here)(screenshots are always welcome-that makes easier to help you).
5. The problem is now checked,if there was problem it's now fixed, and you finished your video.
6. You render your full finished project.
7. After you finished rendering your full project, check again if there isn't any problem.
8. Now when it's finally checked, and everything is alright, you may finally upload it.
9. Launch your FTP explorer (or just use I.E.) and upload your video.
10. Be happy that you finished and uploaded your video , and now all that is left is just to wait for people to watch it.

see? everything is very simple.
:D I like laughter ;DD

WMM is hunk of turd, period. You should check out the thread I started on "audio synching problems", it addresses the exact same issue. There's nothing you can do about it, you simply have to deal.

However, you can go into the WMM programming codes and fix all the errors in the codes by hand, I did once (there aren't that many). It worked temporarily, but within a half hour it was back to freezing.

Yeah, WMM is quite irritating. I have another program, but it's too complicated and wound up taking 30 min to get one second of footage...WMM is at least easy to use, for all it's problems. Thanks for the advice, everyone, hopefully some of this will work. ^^;

why not play around with it... try out some simple things?

the "other video programs" section can possibly give you some pointers on it

I was trying for a while, basically it just runs really slow on my computer, and it takes forever to scan through the whole video clip. My boyfriend gave it to me with the warning that it has 'the interface from hell' and he's right. I think I will give it another shot sometime, but I really like WMM better.

Thanks for all your help, everyone!
