However, due to the fact that 'Marvel' (I'm assuming this is the secret corporation of Cheney) has Zombie serum, they will bring him back in 08 to conclude his presidency.

Announcing the dumbledore thing would have spoiled the book. The Captain America thing however isn't a spoiler, it's pretty much the premise of story. IIRC the news made a big deal of Superman dying (he came back), Robin dying (he got replaced), and Batman's back being broken (he got better).
