Stupit WMM problem!

I open WMM then I click something of it no matter what it is it desapears,what the heck is happening?!

what codec are your clips in?

...No. DivX and XviD are not used for editing. Assuming the clips sliceman is working with are encoded in one of those codecs, he's going to have to use VirtualDubMod to convert the clips to HuffYUV.

I have xdiv and divx,but I uninstalled them,and the problem keeps there.

*facepalm*

You need to transcode the video to a format suitable for editing. How exactly would removing the codec for the format they're in now help accomplish that? Think this through really hard.
