What is the best project settings for a high quailty video? Or atleast the project width or height?

If you're showing it on a tv... 640x480 pixels (or 720x480)

If you're showing it on anything highdef, you might want to go larger, but chances are you won't be getting high def source, and most dvd's will give you 640x480 or some variation of it...try pulling it with dvd decrypter and then check it out in dvd2avi.
