noob ? can't see video in premiere =(

Postby T0bloodyT0care » Sun Feb 18, 2007 4:23 am

Ok so i got all the wolf's rain episodes on MKV... I put them into my virtualdub, got rid of audio and subtitles, and made and avi out of it using the direct stream copy thingie...
it seemed to work, i can see the video in WMP and all my other media players but when I import it into premiere all I get is a black screen with some static here and there....why is this?

help would be greatly appreciated =)
oh and don't mind my small brain

For me, the link just leads to one of those weird pages that appear when you type something wrong in the URL. Can anyone tell me what the article was about and how to fix the problem?
