I ended up going to see it last night. Overall, I found it rather enjoyable. But it was sort of strange. For dialogue, it seemed like they had two different writers instead of one (one for the good guys, and then one for the bad guys). The lines for Johnny Blaze and such were usually amusing in a good way, while the dialogue for all of the villains were awful (not to mention their awful acting). For example:
"I'm going to retire your ghost rider. And then I'm going to retire . . . you."
Still pretty amusing though . . .

o.O
I hate when one of the writers just spit out random shoddy crap that drags down a good actor in a film (such as Ghost Rider)
I was gonna see it anyway because I was a fan of the comic (believe it or not) but now I REALLY want to check it out and see what it's about. I was sorta avoiding it since that actor was in another movie that stunk (but maybe I should blame the company for that)
and I hate it when people have a really good idea and then spit out crap >.<
