PREZ: First Teen President
At my work, one of my "hobbies" you could say is looking out for hilarious/stupid comic book covers. Today, I stumbled upon Prez!
I don't know how this wasn't a hit It sadly only lasted a measly four issues

I think George W. should get a Prez sweater. It would definitely boost his opinion polling.
Also, he should have a Native American companion. That would sell well with the Greatest Generation demographic who still fondly remember The Lone Ranger.

Life's short.

The prez also appeared in an issue of Sandman and IIRC he was in a late-80s/early 90's swamp thing annual although I might be thinking of a different 60's style hero there. That's the only place I know him from but he looked hokey enough that I'm not at all suprised he had his own series in the 70's.

My <a href="http://www.superdickery.com/dick/62.htm ... avorite</a>. You gotta wonder about a media format which feels the need to actually put on the cover 'this is not an imaginary fight scene! Nor a symbolic picture! Nor any other sort of cop-out!'
Reminds me of a cover to X-men in the 90's that said something like "In this issue an X-men dies! REALLY!" The x-men in question was Storm and she was back in like 4 issues. I swear comic book heaven has a revolving door.
