Tell me how to best get Lain to 24fps

No bullshit, no guides, I've experimented a ton, and its not on the wiki. Just gimme the script. Didn't trythil make a Lain video? He would totally know that stuff.

What have you tried so far and what was wrong with it? I have a script on some DVD-R from RNITTBS but I don't know if you've tried what I did.

This is as beautiful as I can make Lain. I haven't gone too crazy with the filtering, I'm sure some filter junkie could do better.
