It's spam...why does it matter what it says? It doesn't make a difference if it's in Polish, English, or Elvish, it's 99% likely to be something you don't want.

actually it does to me but I've the reason

though spam nor not, Polish, Elvish or English just if you can translate it then it's really thanks alot but if not then it's ok. That's all I want to know

If only these were Romance or Germanic languages, I might be able to be some help. Alas, I'm limited to fluency in English only.

I'm going to take a guess and say Tagalog. Some island language, or possibly something African. Swahili?
