dragonrose44 wrote:ok i had the same problem as i did b4. I installed ffdshow from the amvapp and it was working fine. ( in WMM) i was happy with it. Without it, i can't play avi. files. Then suddenly, when it came to making a vid i imported an avi file into Windows Movie Maker 2. I drag one of the clips into the timeline n the program autimatically exits itself. It either exits immediatly or a box that says "send error report" and "don't send" appears and i have no choice but to close it. After that, I look at the bottom right corner of the screen where the small icons are, two ffdshow icons appear makin it seem like that was the problem. i move the curser to it n it disappears..
im prolly the only person in which this happens to...
I uninstall ffdsho (must not) n then i tried to import the clip into wmm2 n then it says
"F:\Clips\Yu Yu hakusho_episode2.5.avi could not be imported. An interface has too many methods to fire events from"
what does that mean??

I unistall it and everything works fine again. I have never had any problems with DivX to WMM compatability, unless that is installed.
then I say don't ever use it again, it's give you HEADACHE though if you can bare it or take a Tylenol it's up to youHiro The Dragon King wrote:it's the only program in the Amvapp that ever gave me problems...and that's all it did. I unistall it and everything works fine again.
