Newbie! APP2...
Hi,
I have got APP2, and I am all knew to this. I really want to create an AMV :S.
Firstly, if I want to open say a Bleach/Naruto AVI file, how do I do it? I dont know which settings to use. I have tried nearly all of them, but when I do, the vid is all shaky and stuff. It kinda stutters every second. And can someone tell me how to determine which settings to use by looking at the files?
Thanks. Any more other tips would be appreciated.
PS. Can someone give me a good Premiere Tutorial to create AMVs? SO I wont have to ask here all the time. Thanks again ^^

UH! I switched from Sony Vegas to this, hoping that it will support these files! DAMN it! How do other people who create Naruto AMVs do it then?
ANYONE who has created ANY AMV on Naruto/Bleach/One Piece/Any file encoded in Xvid or Divx, How do you do it!!? Which program do you use? Do you convert the anime files first? Wouldn't that take ages? HELP!

HI, I have just tried to use lagarith in VitualDub. Firstly, the file is still very big, so I was wondering whether this is correct. And also, when I out the Lagarith encoded video into APP2, no sound is given.
Also, is it possible to encode bits of the video in VD? Instead of having to start from the beginning? Thanks ^^

in order:
yes, lossless files tend to be large
make sure that you have a sound stream (seperate or interleaved) by clicking streams, stream list (in vdubmod) or audio (in vdub, also make sure that no audio isn't selected)
yes, use the mark-in and mark-out buttons to mark the start and end of your clip
(the two buttons on the bottom right that look kinda like arrows)
