Blank CDs and DVDs are made so fast and in such large quantities that by the time an error is found they might have shipped a few hundred spindles of the broken kind. They're also so relatively cheep that even though you can call and complain and send it back for a refund shipping costs invalidate any significant savings. Your best bet is to stick to trusted brands (I'd recommend getting them from Newegg.com, their deals are great and their reviews are usually accurate).

I never used the disk that came with mine, Sony DVD+RW DRU-820A
See, I honestly don't know about my hardware stuff, but it says on my computer "DVD+RW Lightscribe Double Layer 16x Drive. Sorry if that is not what you mean...heh.

Thanks, I will have to look into those. ...of course, i will have to be more careful on what to burn onto the CDs in this case but I suppose I will have to take my chances. Thanks again!

Nero Problem!

Post by melissa71497 » Mon Mar 12, 2007 6:05 pm

I am having the same problem with Nero now. If you had luck solving this by buying new discs could you let me know. I have dvd R sony discs but they don't seem to be working in this program, but the weird thing is that they work in other areas of the Nero software but not in Nero vision.
Thanks!
