It always seems that once I import my Avisynth scripts into Premiere, do all the editing and mumbo jumbo, then export and compress in VirtualDub... I get a lot of scenes which move from left/right or up/down (vice versa) looking very choppy. Is it because of my script?
It's very ugly to watch.

Could be caused by speed changes in premiere, or improper IVTC of the source footage. Or if you are trying to play back a huffyuv/lagarith file.
