Pwetty shoes and a soft plushie puppy
Dark Tower books 4 and 5

Due to a family emergency Christmas has been postponed for me and my family, so everything there I either exchanged early for or exchanged with my brother today :3
I hope everyone has a very merry christmas!! <3

Hannukah/21st B-day edition:

-Nikon D50 w/ two lenses AND a flash
-Tony Hawk Downhill Jam for the Wii
-Cold, hard cash
-A few things I bought myself which don't really count
-Several scifi paperbacks because English books in Tokyo are expensive as balls

Technically my family's postponed Hannukah until we get to Tokyo, so I'll probably be getting more stuff there. Well, aside from my sweet apartment.

All of the Transmetropolitan trade paperbacks.
A wooden fan that I can open and close and point angrily at people.
Two martial arts films that I've never heard of but look interesting: Death Trance and Black Magic.
One martial arts film that I have heard of, because it's one of my favorites: Jackie Chan's Police Force.
Batman Beyond Season 1, and Serenity.
Also, Blue Moon Rising by Simon R. Green

Also, from the family so far: a new chair to sit at in front of my computer (the one I'm on is missing wheels and is highly dangerous), and a desk lamp

250 gig external hard drive
Little Mermaid 2-disc DVD
Animaniacs vols. 1 and 2
various money/cards/certificates
Adobe Premiere Elements (finally getting something with more than one video track!)
lots of chocolate stuff
that DDR-type game you can use your own CD to

and that's about it. The most unexpected one was the hard drive, though. While undoubtedly useful, I just don't quite know what I'll use it for...AMVs probably.

bathroom set: washclothes, towels, carpet, etc
a sweater
a wallet (with money in it)
a gift certificate to King Chef
a gift certificate to Wendys
chocolate covered cherries (x2)
a Playstation 2 (the slim version, half the size of my old one)

I picked out the bathroom set, and I asked for the gift certificates and candy (I ask for them every year, this is the first year they've gotten them for me). The ps2 was unexpected. But it was very welcome present since mine stopped playing ps2 games a month or two ago. My brother tipped my mom off on that one. She never likes getting me the simple (and cheap) things I ask for. ^^;

- Trauma Center and DBZ for the Wii
- A 2nd Wii remote.

I was totally surprised by the fact that my Dad even knew what a Wii Remote was, let alone the fact that he actually managed to find one. I had told him I didn't want one since I knew he'd never find one...
