If you have the filters installed you should be able to do it with graphedit

I can think of any other programs that can convert those
You might be able to use Avisynth to open them in virtualdub

...or you could buy the anime instead of downloading it.
then you don't have to worry about weird (and often low quality) formats/containers.
I would highly suggest not using rmvb files.
(besides being against the site rules to upload amvs using downloaded footage, your video [quality] will most likely look bad...really, really bad)

It's not against the site's upload rules...it's against the site's Code of Ethics. Using it is in sort of that 'don't ask, don't tell' area.Kariudo wrote:(besides being against the site rules to upload amvs using downloaded footage, your video [quality] will most likely look bad...really, really bad)

Just to point it out, RMVB files were created by Satan, Hades and Loki in a joint-venture to make videos suck eggs. They have suceeded, which is why God has punished us with Bill Gates, logarithmic scale codecs and hardware incompatibility.
And God spoke unto the Chicken, and He said: "Thou shalt crosseth the road", and the Chicken did cross the road, and there was much rejoicing.
