I was hoping he'd spot the hand symbol that Lucy always makes when the shot pans to Kohta's back. My friend spotted something even more amazing. He noticed before me that when Lucy changes to Nyu she becomes shorter, and when Nyu becomes Lucy she becomes taller. Well, when they hug each other, not only does Lucy make the hand symbol but she also becomes shorter! It's as though she and Nyu have merged and are no longer distinguishable
Umm... she's standing on a step lower than Kohta in the last episode. In the episode where Lucy speaks to Kohta for the first time since the train(after the rain storm with Yuka) she's taller because she's standing one step aboove Kohta. You can't tell if she grew or shrunk because she changes back while kneeling on the ground.

Lyrs wrote:Gore doesn't matter in today's society except when used in conjunction with a well written script and portrayed realistically, i.e. actor-movies. The gore in EL is a tad overdone, but that's usually not the part that affects people's emotions, unless they're an anime newbie. Most of us have seen it done before.
