You got the quote tags sort of right. Now you just need to put the white tags on it as well.

First half of episode 3 has nice comedic moments with Karada learning the ropes of being a grown up. The scene where she tripped over her high-heels was hilarious. But of course the second half is where is gets good!

And that's where Hiro finally meets up with little Shouko. She doesn't upright tell him it's really her until the end of the episode, but she's pretty much gave off rather hostile signals towards him. We also got some flashbacks of how her relationship with Hiro was when they first met in America. It was pretty tight. Also, it's been confirmed that Karada is not Hiro's real sister. Hiro pretty much went back to Japan just to take care of her since her parents died. The episode ended when little Shouko told Hiro who she and Karada really were.

And this series shaping up to be more than just a mundane, slice-of-life series. Who would have thought that!

Ahhh, episode 4, the summer festival episode.
Now that Shouko told Hiro about hers and Karada's predicament, it pretty much took some time for him to absorb all of this. So pretty much there were some awkwardness and some insensitivity especially between Hiro and Karada (Shouko got pretty pissed about that and kicked Hiro on the shins; OUCH :x). The parallel flashbacks of Hiro and Karada going to their annual summer festival brought some sense into him.

The art quality degraded though. :(

But overall, I'm starting to really love this series.

Episode 5,
hiro seems to have gotten used to the situation now, and the 3 of them decide to live together. Though, what I found interesting about this series was the dejavu with SHouko when she refused to play with the children. It pretty much happened just the same way it did when she was a kid for real, but this time, the girl was a bit more persistant, and Shouko finally gave in and played with them all evening, probably for the first time in her life ;p I'm beginning to think that the reason she was given back her childhood was not just as a result of granting Karadas wish like she thinks....

fixed. >.>

Also looks like that boy that likes karada will meet her grown up form in the next episode.... can;t wait to see what develops here  Especially with the introduction of said boy's childhood friend who just moved back in, and appears to have a liking to him aswell.

Hmmm, episode 6 was mostly a slice-of-life episode, but it did involve Tetsumasa meeting up with grown-up Karada. Of course there were some parallel flashbacks incorporated in order to bring some intriguing connections here and there. Nothing too spoiler worthy, but it wasn't a wasted episode. :P

In episode 7.....
....it's Hiro's birthday so Karada decided to bake him a cake with the help of Shouko who flat out sucks!

Though in the end, Karada found a photo of Hiro and Shouko as a couple in which led Karada to move out of the apartment. She pretty much blamed herself for separating those two.

The plot THICKENS!!! :o

Damn! Episode 8 has some good stuff!

Definitely poor Karada! City life for her is seriously not a walk in the park as she faces a lot of hardships like getting a job (she was REALLY close too). Add in the fact that both her real and adopted parents died which makes her a total orphan if it wasn't for Hiro.

In the end though, she still hasn't forgiven herself for "tampering" Hiro's relationship with Shouko.

arg! such an evil place to stop the episode  Now I gotta wait a whole week....

Tetsuya ran off to look for Karada after finding out she left (for real this time) and ended up meeting up with Kotomi(?) his childhood friend on the train, and ended up searching together. Meanwhile Karada finally finds a job at a pension, managing the place. It gets late so Kotomi who was on her way to her teacher's place suggests spending the night there, since Tetsuya doesn;t want to go back until find Karada. By some strange twist of coincidence, Kotomi's Sensei happens to be the owner of the place where Karada is now working....

With a next episode title "Real Name" I doubly can't wait till next episode... Is Karada finally going to tell him?

Episode 9:
Iokawa meets up with Tetsu and while with him on the beach, he kinda blurts out that he loves Iokawa to her as Saito-san, and thats why he'll keep searching for her until he finds her. After he gets sick searching for her in the rain, She blames herself for him getting hurt because of her, and seems to be noticing her own possible feelings for him aswell....

I really can't wait to see how all these developments conclude.
I wish these episodes would come out quicker! Grr

I was wondering how they'd end this....
Seems like that girl, kotone-chan (sp?) and her dad was actually the ones behind the whole wishing stone thing? They end it kinda vaguely, but thats the impression I got, perhaps he was testing it or something ;p

Great series though, I enjoyed it right to the end. I'm glad the ending had that bit of a twist to it, and wasn't all that predictable as other anime tend to be.

I heard the manga of which this anime is based on is ongoing at the moment especially since I heard another twist the anime didn't cover. Nonetheless, the anime ended in a solid note with not much loose strings. Definitely one of the better slice-of-life series! 8-)

And not to mention watching this series makes me YEARN for summer vacation! It's just too cold up here! :x
