The legend of Aimaime

Postby Knowname » Mon Aug 28, 2006 7:55 pm

welll...........

ok I'll go over everything this time.

I joined the org in 2001 under the username Sub0. Upon getting engrossed in the OT I started taking part in some pretty 'stupid' (OT) shit so I made an 'OT' screenname to not tarnish my image... only my 'image' was mellowdramaman (how cliche...) so I decided THIS name, Knowname, the name I usually go by on the internet, should represent the business side of me. So that worked for awhile until the OT was dispersed and I took me and my two screennames elsewhere for a year.

upon comeing back I decided I'd 1) use my OT name (Sub0) for my opping fettish (in case of retrobution ops, they'd NEVER find my other videos... unless they actually read my profile that is... but by than they'd probly be calmed down... or just plain dead.... My profile is UBER boring) and 2) to make my studio. Only what to name it? Well, I always liked the anime name 'Aimaime strawberry eggs' or whatever nonsense -_- so I name it that! Shortened to Aimaime. At first I wanted Aimaime Studios but than I thought... naaaah, REBEL! So full name is Aimaime Creations, just cuz nobody's got a 'creations' ;p. Anyway that's just a stupid little nam.

So a year later (everything revolves around November 18 here ;p) I wanted to do something with it only... I couldn't... I'm only Ai (I) and Mai (My). Thus spunned my third screen-name, Aimaime-san. I don't use it for much really.... MEPs.

Anyway, yeah. And most of this was done before the rules so I wasn't even aware of that stuff!! Kiddies, just don't try this at home ><

The 2 came up because I found the org, signed up, then quickly forgot about it for a couple of years. Since I no longer had the e-mail account for the original screen name, nor any idea what Finnish word I had used for the password, I added a 2 at the end of a new screen name and have been jubjub2 ever since.

Not real exciting....

I can crack your passward now!  ......if only I knew Finnish

In a few forums, I am quite known as a name whore. A name I made up a few years ago was Dark Velocity EX (Although now, it's just shortened to VelocityEX), which I started using. Basically, I used to have the name 'Dark Shadow', which I dumped (and started using again a while ago) after a few people started using the name. I also watched that Counter-Strike flash video (Pwned, was it called), and used the name 'Velocity' from it. And EX was just some thing flashy

Evangelion was the first anime I ever watched and I instantly became a fan of anime after that. It's only right that I name myself in a way revolving around my anime roots. Thus: Eva-fan became my name.

As for "Troublesome Productions"... This is probably the most disturbing way to find a studio name. But I was comparing myself to anime characters one day. It turns out that my personality in real life kept bringing up "Nara Shikamaru" from Naruto. He's the one that was really intelligent, just not very outgoing and got annoyed easily by everything. His favorite phrases involves the words "Mendou" and "Le" which together can mean "Troublesome" in english (The real meaning would be "Trouble" and "to do", combine those together and you got the adjective "Troublesome".) Anyways, yeah kind of a weird way to find a studio name but It grew on me. After all, making amv's can be quite troublesome but the end result can be quite enjoyable ;).

both names I'm known by, "Jebadia" (yes I know it's misspelled) and the more well known "Steakslim" were both from an old Taco Bell commercial. As for the studio name...well, I was a while back, sucked, into this endless void of terror known as Destination Skyline Studios. However this void then became lonely, as sucking in unexpecting amvers wasn't enough. One day in the park it ran across a cross eyed puerto rican with only one breast, and instantly fell in love, as she too had her own..eh void. The woman known as Random Variable Productions was soon married into the family and thus became Random Destination Studios, and the two of them, sucking in more and more people each day, lived happily ever after with spinning triangles and dirty music videos involving erotic enemas from dirty russian underhoods.

...and yes I did just call the old RVP group a bunch of women. HAH

My name is an acronym of a nickname of mine that people gave me about 15 years ago. My nickname is a reference to an MTV VJ from the mid 80's who was really popular. It kinda steals from her nickname, but since my last name IS Brown, it doesn't really matter.

My studio name, Downtown Productions, is just the D and the T from my screen name. If you can't figure out what the J stands for, just read my profile.

Org Name: Ladydx

Actually the last two letters of my SN should be capitalized so as to look like this.. LadyDX.

The story behind it: Back in the days when the WWE was still known as the WWF, and before Chyna went into homemade porn, I was part of an online RPG group known as the RDWF (RyDin Wrestling Federation) on AOL. All our RPG chars were mirrors of current wrestling stars, and I of course aligned myself with the Degeneration X group. Since I was the first girl not only in Degeneration X, but the RDWF as well, I got the nickname The First Lady. Once other female RPG chars came into the RDWF and the Degeneration X group, it got turned into The First Lady of DX, and that was shortened to LadyDX and I've kept it ever since.

My studio name:
I was in ShadowWorld Productions when I first started, then moved to Existentialism Studios, before deciding to go out on my own.
Junkyard Productions comes from me being a fan of MEGAS XLR. I decided to use where MEGAS had been found in the first episode, which is Goat's Junkyard, hence Junkyard Productions.

I took my name from DaBlackGoku/Vegeta/Gohan. I couldn't think of much else that would be usable on everything if I wanted to so I just switched it to DaCool and took Gohan's name because he was my favorite character from DBZ.

My studio is Cryptic Aura Studios. I joined up when Prince Majin Trunks asked me to join, he and Breeman started the studio. I'm not sure what they got the name from, other than it just sounded cool and most likely the Aura term came from just the overall belief of having a power aura in anime. We also have two other members, Torankusu and TheFungus(Johnstantine)

Well actually, it is supposed to be stringcheese but I accidentally misspelled it, so it says stringheese..Which makes no sence whatsoever...

Stringcheese was a nickname that I was given to me in sixth grade...Its been with me ever since...

Bakadeshi came from kenshin, as that is what Hiko-dono called Kenshin all the time, and It just stuck after that. I had gone by a few other Kenshin names before, Miburo, Hiko-dono, and probably others, but decided they wern't original enough. AuN Studios came from the name of a fan anime site I ran years ago called Anime Universe Network. It then got shortened to AuN, and now I use it as my studio name. The fan site no longer exists.
