[Help] Something really, really strange about the Sound

Postby [Mike of the Desert] » Thu Aug 24, 2006 7:49 am

This time I'm facing something really strange.. Truly something that I'm not able to resolve.
I'm editing on After Effects 6.5, I'll try to expalin what happens to me:

After I edited about 6 seconds of my video, I do the RAM preview.. Well, if I do it from the beginning, the video in the final part is NOT synched. If I do the Preview from the second half, it is.

I tried to export and in the exported composition, at half video the sound fall, for example if the song does "nananananananaaaa" in the exported composition it does "nananiaahhhananaaaa"

I don't know how to face this,
why happens and if there is any way to fix this since it would completely unsynch my editing. :?
The song itself it's perfect because hearing it with VLC or Media player it sounds perfectly.

A temporary solution could be to just RAM Preview continously from the beginning, and then when I made more AMV, export the video without Audio, put it on Premiere, save it with a lossless codec with the music (that don't unsynch there) and then put it on AE.

But I'd like to know what you think of it and if you have any idea of why this is happening.
