I will mix it so each song fades into each other or have intermisions between each video that fades into the next one.

It should only rip the subs if they are embeded in the video.

Also i noticed in your video that you mostly used clips from the opening.
You should use more clips from the show, that would make it a lot better.
When you do your video you need to get it to at least 640x480 high quality
so don't resize your clips down to 320x240 >_<

I will be doing 2 videos, but i haven't decided on what animes or songs yet.

Anime: My Neighbor Totoro (it's just toooooo perfect to pass up)

I might be able to do a second one, but will have to get back to you on that. If I can, I would like to use some of the SMR game music, but unsure on the source.

That song and anime sounds like it would go perfect together.
Its okay to use sailor moon game music. You can also use music from the live action sailor moon.

Yeah, you can use multiple anime in your video
If you wanna do a video and are not sure what animes you will be using, you can just say various and give me the list when you finish.
