It's fine though. I'm sure the audience wasn't interested in having a good time anyway.
ZING!

How many people were disqualified on the grounds that their entry was in fact not a music video? I am honestly curious.

Completely without any evidence, I'm going to guess not many.

Make no mistake. I wasn't casting any negative light on the entries that DID make it in, I was casting a negative light on the coordinators and their reasoning for NOT letting in some very good videos for reasons I simply find ridiculous

suberunker's video was shown at the end of the contest.

Sadly it couldn't be voted on... :? :(

You know, this kinda reminds me of Anime USA 2002, when an early version of Suberunker's "The Two Shall Meet" video was shown at the end of the contest as a non-competing video.

I was very annoyed by the 40-45 minutes they spent of the AMV contest showing a martial arts deminstration. Supposidly it was a time stall. (rolls eyes). AX is to big of a convention to keep having 'technical diffeculties' like they have been having over the years.
