getting over the obvious problems first:
is your card plugged in (usb/firewire and power, or properly inserted into the pci slot)?
if applicable, is it turned on?
does your computer meet the minimum requirements?

if those don't help, you may need to go to the manufacturer's website and update the drivers

in most cases, after installing new software, you need to reset your computer for the new software to start working

it would also help if you told us a little about your computer's specs, as well as the brand and model of the capture card

Yeah my card is properly inserted. And my computer meet the minimum requiriments.I have a Windows Xp,Pentium IV,640 MB de RAM.
And it's a graphic card that i think can capture video.
It's a Winfast A180B 128MB.

And installed the software that came with to capture video(Winfast PVR) and when i start this software it said cannot find any capture device.
I upgrade all the drives i have, and i really don't kown what to do!!

what exactly are you using to capture footage - im pretty sure a graphics card is not a capture card. If it is able to capture footage there would mostly be instructions in the manual.

That card is a GPU only. It can only output display.
It cannot capture.
Where did you get the idea that it could ?
