Suggestion MEPs

Postby L.Fist » Tue Apr 25, 2006 9:16 am

I'm just giving a suggestion to a possible MEP, so please be gentle.

1. A japanese music mep with japanese music to your favorite anime.

or

2. A collage of music string together to make one big song. Something like when you listen to the sonic the hedgehog credits from genesis. Of course again with your favorite anime.

What do you think?

The first sounds a lot like Ayu-mix. The second is what nearly every MEP does.

I personaly would suggest a topic for a MEP. Shall mean, either one kind of music, or one kind of anime to different kinds of music (would be interesting to see how to do a dance track to a dark drama).

Just for those who are interested, I thought of another suggestion for an mep. If you like the idea, you can start it up as the leader, just include me in it ok?

How about a whole mep to comedy skits that have been aired on certain shows(ex. dave chappelle, mike epps, george carlin, etc.) to certain animes?

Sorry if it seems like I'm stealing the floor, but here's one of my suggestions:
I'm mixing two ideas together:
The Race
and
Living in Sin

In The Race, The creator Istiv takes different animes and puts them together and even has them interact with each other by using masking.rotoscoping/etc.

In Living in Sin, the creator Requiett uses a movie plot, but uses different peoples' voices to recreate the trailer/movie.

My Idea is to combine the two and make something so absurd you'd call me crazy to even announce. We would take a string load of animes with the same type of masking/rotoscoping idea used in The Race, but instead of using a song, we re/create our own movie with our own voices like used in Living in Sin. It may seem out of the blue at first, but it's not impossible. I'll spend this summer seeing if I can make a half decent 5 minute vid or something if this fails....

It could also be done much quicker and more efficiently with the collaboration and suggestions of other people. I'm probably not the one to really head this thing, but I'd like to try....I'm sure many people have used masked pictures from previous videos in their computers somewhere :P
I would rather make our own video instead of taking an already made movie's storyline because not only would it be impossibly hard to sync, it would end up looking like a muddled plot where only if you'd seen the movie in the first place would you be able to remotely understand what was going on.
(How did you come to think of using Hentai?) XD

ones you know me better it'll all make sense. It was seposed to become a spin off from my most populair hentai video creating a hospital full of crazy stuff conbining all kinds of hentai and stuff =| due to some technical difficultiy's i never managed to create it yet but i'm trying to get atleast a trailer done for AWA so i can work on it the the AWA after =)

Since we're making suggestions, here's a MEP I almost started until I realized I suck at heading MEPs. The Educational MEP. I was thinking of combining various songs like They Might Be Giants '<a href="http://www.oldielyrics.com/lyrics/they_might_be_giants/why_does_the_sun_shine_the_sun_is_a_mass_of_incandescent_gas.html">Why does the sun shine</a>', that twinkle twinkle little star girl scount PSA that was playing all over the place last year, or old school house rock stuff. I'd like to see the idea done and would take part in it, I just decided I'm not going to head the damned thing.

For a school house rock MEP, part of it's already done. This would be one MEP I'd look forward to.

These are some good suggestions, now if only some people would just put some of this into effect. I like the school house rock suggestion.

Another suggestion that I might want to lead myself.

Just like the nes project, how about a Genesis Project? I'd like some feedback on this one.
