The con ended and I am half-dead, but basically here's how it broke down:
Judged Awards
-Best Concept: "I Do (heart) Yuri" by Bashar of the Ages
-Best Use of Visual Effects to "NERV Declassified" by Alberto Gonzalez
-Best Editing: "Embrace Serenity (Succumb to Madness)" by Tsunami Jones
Excellence in Simplicity: "Major Tom" by Boyd Hale
-Judge's Choice: "Prelude to Disaster" by Tlynnec
Audience Choice:
3rd: "I Do (heart) Yuri" by Bashar of the Ages
2nd: "Homunculus Tribute PT2: All to Blame" by FraChan
1st: "Good-bye, Nina" by jade_eyed_angel
The contest had a great audience - the theatre seats 300, I think we had around 200 or more. All of the videos were well-recieved. Congrats to all the winners and thank you to everyone who submitted! Prizes will be going out after I've had a few days to decompress and get back on my feet.

Brief update - Four people (jade_eyed_angel, Tsunami Jones, Boyd Hale, and Tlynnec) are owed prizes. I haven't been able to get to a post office, because my car has been stalled and/or in the shop since Tuesday. I should be able to mail stuff out either tomorrow or Saturday.

Prizes were *finally* shipped out yesterday - sorry for the delay, but it could be worse, no?
Also, we're *very* close to announcing dates for Llamacon 2007, so I hope next year's contest will be even bigger and better...
