capture card trouble

capture card trouble

i just got a capture card, and hooked my ps2 up 2 it and there is a 1 second delay inbetween when i press the button and when i see the button is pressed. can i get some help?

your card or capture program is too slow... gona have to deal with it.

start capturing before the parts that you actually need come up. Trim the excess.

also, clean out your extra junk so that your computer can deal with what you want it to, and not spend time playing with messenger, or google search, or whatever. A clean system is a more responsive system.

that happened to me too but i use a digital vid camera for capturing so i could just see the stuff on the Cameras LCD screen without delay. maybe if theres a vid out option on the capture card you could just hook it up to a tv or something.
