Nago.AnimeMusicVideos.Org was down

Post by derobert » Sat Dec 31, 2005 11:08 pm

Sorry, it appears Nago went down earlier this afternoon. I've put in a trouble ticket with our ISP, their remote-reboot page isn't working...

[Sun Jan 1 04:19:17 UTC 2006: They fixed the remote reboot page, Nago is back]

There were some things mentioned on the news about the extra second added to the U.S.atomic clock possibly effecting synched computer systems, cell towers, etc. Might have nothing to do with it -- just throwing it out there.

No, they added an extra second at 7:00PM EST - a "leap second" because the earth is spinning slightly slower while the atomic clock remains constant. It's a pretty rare event, they only do it every few years.

Pancake might be down this time... Every single vid I try to download on local links (all of them happening to be on pancake), brings me back to http://www.animemusicvideos.org/home/home.php asking that I sign in again. I can't get the vids at all.

I'm using Opera browser, been doing fine all this time, as recently as this morning around 9 am eastern, didn't change my cookie settings or anything.
