I'm SO close! One last premiere question

Postby EBwiz » Fri Jul 12, 2002 9:14 am

Ok, I'm done the video. It's complete, it rocks, you know the drill...

But whenever I export it, The movie lags like a (Expletive). Is it the codec? I compressed it with AngelPotion (A workable DivX Alternative) and Indeo and got the same results. Someone please help me, My first premiere video is THIS close and it is actually very good.

hmm... I never compress with premier, dunno if that's your problem but... I never compress with premier ;-p. I just use it to sync my video/ audio (Y is it spelled vidEO and audIO btw??). I then delete my audio, export my clips in noncompressed than put the two streams together in Virtual Dub (DivX vid/ Radium aud) or TMPGenc (MPEG). Actually makes sence that way cuz Premeir usually ****s up the audio sync anyway, and it can't compress audio like Vdub or handle MPEGs like TMPGenc.

1) It's not.

2) Don't do that.

3) <A HREF=http://www.animemusicvideos.org/legacy/ErMaC/default.htm>REFG</A>

4) Did I mention AngelPotion doesn't even deserve to be in existence, let along is unnecessary and shouldn't be used? :-)

Nandub and HuffYUV met at a bar one night.
They had a few drinks, no they had a lot to drink. At first Nandub made a few passes at HuffYUV and things were looking pretty good. Then they decided to go all the way and render. And before they knew it there was a little DIVX3 running around.

The End.

Good God what have I been drinking?

Chii??? lol

nyway I love to use DivX3 on my lq (low bitrate) stuff! It also includes a 64k audio that's why I use it instead of forcing somebody too get two codecs.

I thought the Divx3 codecs were the hacked up wma ones, not the mp3 ones?

The usual DivX 3.11a installer comes with both DivX Audio and the Fraunhofer mp3 codec.
