Case Fan

Postby lordroba » Sat Jul 09, 2005 9:09 pm

Hey, I just bought myself a mutant mods case fan. I want to have two fans to provide extra cooling for my computer. The new fan has three hole, female plug, just like the fan for my CPU. The problem is, the CPU fan is already pluged into these three little prongs that come out of the motherboard and I don't know where I need to plug in the additional case fan. Help

Some mainboards have extra plugs for case fans.

Or you can use one of these:

When you use these adapters, you won't have the RPM fan speed readout.

You don't need fans. Just buy a mini fridge. :P j/k
