what do the ranks in brackets next to star scores mean?

I'm not sure, but it almost looks like it's the percentile that the star score falls into.

Looks like percentile. But what is the top box? You have the 'adjusted' percentile - for the weighted average, and the 'raw' percentile for the actual score. And then there's the box on top next to the number of stars given. Looks like it's the average of the two percentile numbers (using an example that has 98 for 'weight' and 95 for 'raw' - with a 97 at the top).

Any reason for that third (top) score? Not planning to incorporate it into the all-time score are we?

It's neat, though. ^.^
